As at 2009 Isthmus owns numerous investment properties in the North Island
of New Zealand and 6 in Australia.
Secondary business activities include;
- Ownership and management of exotic (pine) plantation forests in
the South Island of New Zealand.
- Majority shareholdings in some businesses trading from Group properties.
- Project management or joint ventures with third parties.
