What we do

Based in offices in waterfront St. Heliers village, the Isthmus crew comprises a small tight-knit team.

Isthmus’s philosophy is to hand pick a small number of projects, and then to do them well. We will not have more than two projects running at a time as we do not believe we can do them justice. At the other end of the spectrum we are quite happy not to have any projects running, we don’t do things “just to be busy”. We are patient investors who take a long term view of our investments and value long term relationships, particularly with our Tenants, some of whom have been with us for over 15 years.

The typical value range for our properties is NZ$1m - NZ$10m with larger projects normally being joint ventured.
